Pro subscription not activated after successful payment (no invoice in Billing)

Hi Hugging Face team,
I’m having an issue with my Pro subscription.

  • Username: Ayselmalikova

  • Payment: completed/posted on my bank side on 15 Feb 2026, 14:07 (UTC+04:00 / Asia/Baku)

  • Merchant: HUGGINGFACE

  • My account is still not Pro, and Settings → Billing shows no payment/invoice.

I already contacted support and have an open ticket: #30049.
Could someone please help route this to the billing team or advise what else I should do?

Hello Hugging Face Support Team,

I am writing to inform you that I have completed the payment for the Pro subscription, but the Pro features have not been activated on my account.

The charge has already been processed successfully. However, my account still shows the free plan and I do not have access to the Pro benefits.

Please review my account and activate the subscription as soon as possible. If needed, I can provide the payment receipt or transaction ID for verification.

I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.
