Hi @meganariley I met the same issue when I claim the authorship of arxiv: 2403.05530 but failed, The email I received says that “We suggest you try again after updating your HF profile.I try to reclaim but it doesn’t allow me to do it. “ I try o reclaim 2 months later, it still doesn’t allow me to do it again. Could you link it to my account? Thank you.

We checked on our side and confirmed that the slowdown is coming from the arXiv API itself. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do on our end at the moment. Thanks for your understanding!

Just a quick update, it turned out that there was something that needed to be adjusted on our side, and the update is now live. So the issue should be resolved now.

I claimed authorship for the paper arxiv:2511.10629 on Hugging Face.
In my settings it shows as “Pending” for a while.

@hysts thank you! i also tried to claim authorship of this paper ( Paper page - ResearchRubrics: A Benchmark of Prompts and Rubrics For Evaluating Deep Research Agents ) and have the same arXiv email as a secondary email with this account, but it didn’t get automatically approved. would you be able to help me out with this as well?
